One of the reasons we contracted with IMS for our ATM service is our experience with their strong customer support; and we have not been disappointed. Any time we have an issue, we reach out to our IMS Account Manager Cheryl Spence, explain the situation and let them go to work. I'm able to move on with my day knowing that in a timely manner, Cheryl will call back summarizing the issue and suggests options based on her proven area of expertise. Once a course of action is decided, the IMS team takes the lead and works with all applicable parties to resolve the issue. I really consider IMS part of OUR team!

When I first started considering purchasing an ATM for our store, our grocery distributor recommended IMS, so I gave them a call. Cheryl at IMS explained to me that once I purchased the machine (which was a very reasonable price), there were no additional costs or fees for my business. I couldn't see how that could be true. She was patient with my multiple phone calls from me looking for catches, before she was able to convince me. IMS has been true to their word and a pleasure to work with. We've had our ATM for almost three years now, and it's one of the best decisions I've made. The machine paid for itself in 15 months, now brings us thousands of dollars in profit every year. When I've had questions or a software update needs to be applied, someone always answers the phone and answers my question cheerfully. As a mom-and-pop owner, where every penny counts, I highly recommend adding an ATM to your store, and using IMS for that service!
